Working Out: New Equipment

This is going to be so much fun!
I am super excited about joining another gym (still going to go to Ladies Only Total Fitness) and experiencing new equipment to help me achieve my goals : )

I have done excellent with cardio and strengthening my CORE but I want to step it up notch and I think this gym will help me do just that!

Legs workout! This is how you make 'em BURN : )

So if you follow My Channel you know that I am enjoying working out; since May!  I started this journey and I am going to keep you all posted on my transformation.  Here in this video my trainer had me working on legs and she had my legs BURNIN'!!!!!!!!!!

It was awesome

6 Days a week!

I work out 6 days week.  I have a pretty good routine going and  most of all I really enjoy it.  Check out My YouTube Channel to see my trainer and I workout!

She (Zora;my trainer) really pushes me and I never knew I would be doing half of the things I'm doing.  I am not trying to lose weight and I am not too interested (anymore) in trying to gain; I just want to tone, be more flexible and strong(er). 

I have always had upper body strength and I am slowly but surely noticing lower body strength improvement since I started working out the end of May this year.  I am going to post more pics so that you guys can see the improvements; meanwhile check out my Instagram @crystasticjewels and/or my YouTube Crystastic.

I am always looking for input on how to build this body by defining my muscles! (smile)

I have really thrown myself into my workout routines and I am having so much fun!  I am actually spending money on workout shoes and stuff : )

I go every day faithfully! I started at the end of May going 2 days a week; then three days a week now 5 to 6 days a week. 

I am not dieting, but I am eating 'clean' and consciously being aware of what I put into my body.  I am weight training and maintaining my weight.
