I have really thrown myself into my workout routines and I am having so much fun!  I am actually spending money on workout shoes and stuff : )

I go every day faithfully! I started at the end of May going 2 days a week; then three days a week now 5 to 6 days a week. 

I am not dieting, but I am eating 'clean' and consciously being aware of what I put into my body.  I am weight training and maintaining my weight.
