Make working out a priority. Whether it's for health reasons or not some sort of exercise regimen should be implemented into your daily routine. The ones I share on my #crystastic #youtube Working it out! channel can be done at home or in a gym.
I have made it apart of my #lifestyle to be #fit and #strong. I want to continue to have #strength #flexibility and a nice toned body : )
Please feel free to #workout anytime with me #getfit and have #fun doing it!
Sincerely
~Crystastic

What is your preferred brand of soap?
Soap is essential to cleaning ones body; correct? (smile) Natural soaps, those closest to it are of corse the best for our skin.
My soaps lately have come back from my childhood.
I remember seeing these two - not neccessarily in my home growing up,
but at a family member or a friend home; grandmas house especially and I also remember using them.... I also FORGOT about them : (
Until recently. I experience a little drying and itching after I bathe or shower so browsing one day I spotted the following and decided to try!
